The Forge still burns!

It’s been two years since the last time I could announce a new physical kit, and I’ll be honest, I’m not entirely sure I still remember how this works…You do still like miniatures, right?
February is the month of love, after all, and what better time to rekindle the flame at DPF and get back to forging new miniatures?
The first physical release window of the year brings with it several new arrivals, along with a few long-awaited returns.
The Offcuts

Originally planned for last autumn, Thugni Olafsson and the Offcuts are finally ready to make their official debut in the store. They’ll be available first as a limited exclusive bundle of just 100 copies, and from a gameplay perspective, the Offcuts are a smart investment too: they already form a complete, ready-to-play Company.
LORIN AND GUNNAR DUSKWING

Two more kits will also be joining the family: Lorin and Gunnar.
Lorin is the new incarnation of the original Iron Crows forefather, Sentinel A. The sculpt has been revised to address a few critical issues, most notably the new Imperial Crow (say goodbye to broken legs and tails, and hello to a much more enjoyable painting experience!), as well as adjusted cloak thicknesses to improve print quality.
Gunnar Duskwing, on the other hand, is a brand-new character: a Veteran who plays a crucial role within the Organization. He is the one tasked with delivering the Council’s justice to those who try to evade their rightful punishment.
new animal sets

Thanks to a large order I received from my Japanese friends at Volks, three new animal sets will also be available starting in February: the Hunting Bulldog Familiars set, the new Birds Set, and (by very popular demand) the Claw’s Syndicate, featuring the most infamous cats of the long-suffering Orc range. (So much for cats bringing good luck, it seems the Orcs may have been fooled by the feline lobby...)
hunter of erdraz restock

Finally, a long-awaited return: the Hunter of Erdraz will be available once again, ready to hunt down the fiercest monsters of Inneath. And trust me: this summer, he’s going to be very busy!
These kits represent a new beginning for me, and for DPF as a whole. They are the result of two years spent searching for the right production partner, because maintaining the level of quality I consider non-negotiable is simply part of who I am.
Fortunately, the masters at Valquiria Studio gave me the chance to reignite the forge and start planning the future of this company once again. I’ll let the resin samples speak for themselves:

And that’s all for today, my friends.
I hope this update has whetted your appetite, and judging by the many sign-ups to the Offcuts mailing list (you didn’t miss it, right?), I’m confident that 2026 has plenty of good things in store for us.
Until next time!
Bona!
