I noticed that, at least with my iphone, it's really hard to get nice pics, especially if I use colored background!

Yesterday I wanted to film a quick turnaround for my Instagram stories, and the green background messed up the phone, which really had troubles to compensate, darkening everything :\

PS: if you want to "soften" a direct source of light, but you don't want to spend money on those fancy professional products, you can just put in front of the lamp a piece of baking paper (the white paper that is used to cook food in the oven, I don't know its exact name): this way, the light of the lamp is filtered by it and gives you a nice, uniform and soften light (direct strong light is not ideal to illuminate a miniature)
